MP3: Turn Off Your Television – “Between the Lines”
Album download: Turn Off Your Television – Humble Waves
O&B favorites Turn Off Your Television — whose first album made our Best of 2011 list and whose follow-up was also awesome — are releasing a new song, and they’re giving us the first listen.
The internet-only single “Between the Lines” will formally drop tomorrow, May 31, but the Swedish group has allowed us to share it with you fine people a day early. “Between the Lines” marks a change in Turn Off Your Television’s release strategy, with the band eschewing the traditional album structure in favor of a more sporadic approach. Fans of the group’s intimate songwriting, pristine guitars, and gorgeous production will be glad to know that nothing’s changed there.
You can download “Between the Lines” for free above, and it’s also available on Spotify, iTunes, and Wimp.
